DIY Toilet Tube Binoculas

Not Sure these justify a tutorial as they are pretty self explanatory but I had fun making them and Lake just loves playing with them. She has been taking them out on our daily walks and looking for "birdies."


I love how you can adapt them too if you don't have the bits, we used patterned paper but you can paint them and stick any crafty bits you like to them! Here's how we did ours:

What you'll need:

Two Toilet Roll Tubes

Glue

String

Patterned Paper (or paint)

Optional: Little fabric/ Paper flowers

I covered the tubes in patterned paper, cutting the paper to size to ensure to overlaps inside that could block their vision. Then glued them together. 

Poked two holes either side to attached the sting, them glued on an array of paper/ plastic flowers I had left over from previous crafts! Simples!
