I made these for the first time today and they was a hit with baby Lake. They where so easy and when cooking they made the house smell delious! All you need is apples (and a touch of cinnamon if desired).
Easy Peasy! Minutes to make and about 40 minutes in the oven.
Apples
A sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
Baking Tray
Chop the apples as thin as you can. My first batch I used a slicer, but I found they came out too thin and they just burnt in the oven (see my shameful first batch further below). Second time round I used a knife and they was a bit thicker and I found this worked out better.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and cook on 150oC for 20 minutes each side. All Done.Yum.
Yep, first batch didn't work out so well!
