Can babies have Chicken Korma? Of course! I created this recipe recently and Lake absolutely loved it! And if I'm totally honest, Harvey, my eldest (15) loved it too. The recipe makes a batch, as I tend to cook in batches for Lake so I freeze the left overs for another day, but Harvey polished these off!

Super easy, I used the Tommee Tippee Steamer Blender, it took about 40 minutes in total.

1/2 Chicken Breast
1 Sweet Potato
1/2 Small Onion
Small Handful of Peas
1/4 teaspoon of ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon of Garam Masala
100ml of Coconut Milk

Step 1: Chop the potato, onion and chicken breast.
Step 2: Add the potato, onion and chicken to the steamer blender, with the ground cumin and garam masala and set to steam for 20 minutes.
Step 3: After the 20 minutes, drain the excess water, and give it a mix. Then add the peas and coconut milk and steam for a further 20 minutes. Set the blender to blend for your desired texture. I only blended for about 8 seconds as Lake is older so is able to digest bigger chunks. But blend as desired.
Step 4: Allow to cool and serve with rice if desired
